that is great..but all back issues are different and have to be treated differently. This technique is just one mobilzation within a larger rehab program. There is much more to it than this!

Just for general thoracic, but it will create little lumbar. This ELDOA is for the specific jt of L4-L5, where a traction unit, etc is just more general in nature.
