I would lift 5 days a week with some intense workouts. I stalked block (masonary work) since I was 13 and I think after 4 years that is coming back to hurt me when I do squats. My bottom of my back has sharp pain when I lift alot or squat. When benching and lifting my arm up on certain excercises my shoulder has been hurting me. Like one day it won’t be bad but the next it will kill me. I’m thinking this shoulder pain might be from lifting too much weight for my own weight which is 163 pounds and I was maxing out benching 265 pounds. Is it possible I threw my back out doing that and hurting my shoulder? Or should I go get my shoulder checked? Also if you think something is wrong with my back tell me because I don’t want a doctors record on it because I’m planning on joining the military this summer. Thank you.

i dont have alot of acne, i have some spots where its big and some tiny red bumps, no white dots. every day i get up in morning, take a shower and in shower i was my face with soap and then wash it with 2 kinds of acne treatments that i rub and rinse. i get out of shower and i use another acne treatment that i use a cottonball and rub on my face. after that i put on a certain prescription of cream just for me i ordered from doctors, and rub it in on my acne spots and the red spots everywhere. after that i go to my room and rub lotion on my face. every day i do that and shortly after my face feels very oily cuz of the lotion, and then my face is really red and it shows all the acne spots. later during day i look in mirror and most of the acne isnt showing, and my face is kinda smooth but yet every day one pimple keeps coming in somewhere on my face no matter how much stuff i put on. so i started doin my daily routine but i stopped using lotion, and this time my face is getting extremely!!! dry and flaky and acne still comes back. i dont get it, i am putting on treatments, and washing my face every day and night, sometimes in evening. and the acne still manages to come through..wtf?! i hate my skin!!!

Starting on 3/1, went for a jog, but had my period. Took a shower, laid down, ever since then been in severe pain. I’ve had a abdominal CT scan (negative), pelvic ultrasound (negative), seen my primary doc numerous times, gyno twice, even GI doc. Bloodwork is negative, urine negative. Recently saw a chiropractor who told me my 3rd lumbar was unaligned, so he re-adjusted me, felt some lessoning of symptoms in all regions for 2 days, but now back in pain. Gyno has put me on birth control, because they think it may be endometriosis. They want to see if after 2 cycles the birth control takes care of it, but if not, they are recommended laprospcopy. My concern now, since I saw chiropractor, is that it’s more of a spine/back problem that is leading to these symptoms, but all my doctors seem pretty sure of the endometriosis – stating "25 yr old, healthy female, it has to be the case" — any recommendations as to what to do?
I am 17, and i’ve been getting this horrible abdominal pain — excruciating pain. Anyways I’ve been getting this pain about once a month for the past years .
When I get the pain, I cannot move, I can’t stand up and I am always trying to stay still.. so I can make the pain go away.
But now I find it’s getting a bit worse, my mom really wants to take me to the doctors (I live in Canada) but I am not someone who will go to the doctors everytime I am sick.
I first started off with a little pain on my right side (where "lovehandles" would be) this has been happening for about 2 months and recently I get ‘episodes’ where my whole abdominen area would cramp up and hurt for about 15 minutes. But for the most part, I’m not hurting during the day. However, at night when I get the pains, I feel very nauseous and feel like I’m going to vomit (I haven’t yet). I can hardly eat and when I do, i get full after a little.
I hope its not appendicitis because I heard that the whole abdominal area would be tender and hurting all day. My region only hurts on occasion, usually at night & after meals.
Can anyone help? Because I’ve gone to the doctors/emergency room 3 times in the past 3 weeks and they don’t know whats wrong with me! I feel like vomiting at this moment.. but haven’t yet.
