I have had for 2 days now a low grade fever.. around 99.5-99.9 fever. I have aching and sharp pain on my lower abdominal side right above my hip bone, the pain is constant. The pain is also causing aching lower back on my right side as well. I am a female 22 years old in very good health. Last week I had a menstrual cycle. I have not done anything to pull a muscle. I am very worried, should I go straight to a doctors?

My friend had lower abdominal pain since he was a child and the doctors couldn’t figure out the reason he was younger. He is now 21 and the pain continues. its under his belly button and he says it feels like something is poking at him. he also said sometimes scratching his balls relieves the pain a little. His grandfather died of some stomach complication and the doctors didn;t.dont know why. IF someone can let me know what this means would be helpful. He can’t afford medical now.

Twelve years ago, after the birth of my fourth child I began to experience strange symptoms, including extreme pain in the upper right quadrant (just below ribs) of my abdomen. I also suffered 60% hearing loss in one ear and 30% in the other. No reason for the hearing loss was ever identified, but eventually my hearing returned. I have suffered bouts of this abdominal pain periodically for years. In the past year I have developed a red rash over my nose and cheeks, severe headaches (that sometimes last 2-3 days), body aches, bleeding gums, sores in my nose and mouth, and fatigue. I still work every day, but sometimes the pain is unmanageable. I have gone to doctors, but they tend to give me some generic diagnosis, pain meds (which I DO NOT want), and send me on my way. I do have a weight problem, and I acknowledge that as a health issue. I have struggled with that my whole life. But I don’t think it accounts for all of my problems. Could this be lupus? What should I do next?

It seems like every time I eat I get sever abdominal pain in my right to middle lower abdomen. Does anyone knwo what this could be. I also get pain in my lower back on the right side that goes along with it. Any answers and/or experiences would be helpful. I have gone to doctors, and been tested for things, so far nothing. Im really not sure if eating is a coinsidence, or if it is why I get the pain, it just seems like after I eat is when it hurts the most.

Thanks

I am having a lot of back problems. I have been to a cyropractor and physical therapist in the past year. They told me my hips are out of line and my tail (butt) bone is not lined up right. And my right hip is stuck and not moving. I have a new baby so i havnt been able to go to the docotors right now but my back pain is realy bad. It is hard to breathe and i feel the pain between my sholder blades and my lower back. When I go to stand it shoots down my left leg. Its saterday so my doc isnt even in, should I go to the ER? Or will they laugh at me for comming in for back pain? Most doctors look at me funny when i say my back hurts because im only 22, but once they look at it they see its all twisted.

I have been having right side abdominal pain for over a year now, and it has progressively gotten worse. When it gets really bad, i also spike a fever. Recently, it has also been having spasms where it "rumbles & vibrates", it almost feels like something is about to explode. the pain is severe, and it is like tearing and throbbing, it’s very hard to explain the sensation. any advice would be greatly appreciated. i have been to many different doctors, and they can find nothing. i also have a history of gastric ulcers and severe food allergies…i don’t know if that has anything to do with this.
i don’t drink coffee, or soda or anything like that
