Today I noticed when I look behind my shoulder to the left I feel a pain around the upper left area of my back. the pain might actually be down my upper spine just a little. I cant seem to locate the pain exactly. All I know is it is the upper part of my back more towards the left that hurts. Anyone know whats going on? Do I need to see the doc? If there are any suggestions you can make on exercises or stretches please do. Thanks!
for the past 3-4 weeks i have suffered from sharp pain ( almost like a shock) in my lower back and hip area. It happens when i walk, bend, lay down, and sit. it is worse some days more so than others. It causes weakness in my right leg ( my leg buckles as i walk after sitting) and sometimes if i have to bend over, either slightly or far, it feels like my right buttock muscle is cramping. I am 9 weeks pregnant and hope to get rid of this pain soon by treating it at home. I don’t know what it is but i hear certain exercises help.
I have naturally large breasts, but I’m small (as in my back size is 34, my height is 5 feet, and my cup size is DD). I believe the cause of my back pains are the fact that my back can not support the weight of my breasts. Anyway, my back pains are really inconvenient, especially since I like to stay in shape and many exercises and stretches strain my back even more. Is there anything I can do to develop a stronger back?
For At Least 5 years now i’ve suffered from lower back pain it hurts more when im not doing much but at work it ease’s off a bit, i can’t lift my right leg very high it just hurts.I’ve tried Physiatrists (give Me exercises which never worked),Osteopathy (told me to come back when its worse) i need to know know is is worth the money to see a Chiropractor or try and treat myself?
Free workout videos: www.sixpackshortcuts.com?c=1&k=74 In this video, I show a great home cardio workout that I’ve been doing lately. This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It’s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging — and it only takes three minutes! Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It’s extremely simple — you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it. Here’s how to do this home cardio workout Squat thrust — 10 reps Mountain Climber — 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump — 10 reps Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total. Credit for inventing this home cardio workout goes to DAVE GINSBERG, Dan’s jiu-jitsu coach in Boston. If you’re in the Boston area Dave is a top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and highly recommended for martial arts instruction. He’s also a great personal trainer and has many more great workouts like this which are very effective, and can be done with minimal equipment.
