My BF has really bad back pain a lot of the time, and I feel so helpless! I want to help make him feel better, but I’m not really sure what to do. Does anybody know of anything I can do to help him? i.e. massage, meds, etc., etc.

He doesn’t want to see a doc, even though I’ve asked him to and when he ices it and takes A LOT of aspirin he seems to get a little better.

Please help?
