As you can see, my teeth are disgusting. They are thin and yellow and I’m not really sure if any enamel is left on the front top teeth. My teeth are like this because I drink coke and smoke, and I think the coke has rotted away the enamel.. But I’m not sure. I’m a 23 year old girl and some what attractive except my teeth are really getting me down.. How could I whiten them? I can’t afford veneers.

I stopped smoking 3 months ago and quit drinking coke aswell, I’m very serious about fixing my teeth as I feel that i can not even talk to people anymore..

I want my teeth to get whiter. I tried crest white strips, but they always fall off my teeth. Is there another brand or way to whiten teeth?

Im getting myteeth whitened next week after getitng my braces of which i have had for 3 and a half years. Im 18.

Im getting my teeth laser whitened and i have read it is ment to lighten your teeth up to 9 shades. Because i am young will it mean by teeth will go alot whiter then older people who get it done?

My teeth aren’t that yellow, just a little.And I can’t buy anything over the counter.Anything made at home will be awesome.

Well this is two questions in one;
1.I use Crest White Strips and I was wondering if when I tan,if it would improve or speed up the process of whitening if I held my teeth were exposed during my tanning time.
2. I know that if you use Lemon Juice or Hydrogen Peroxide on your hair and you spend outside in the sun, it will lighten it, but will being in a tanning bed have the same effect?

Has anyone had the Zoom! Whitening done at the dentist? I’ve tried all other take home kits and none of them have worked. If you have had it done was it worth it and did it really whiten your teeth? Thanks in advance!

i have braces and its really hard to keep my teeth white. i dont want to do whitening strips or products like that. any suggestions how i can whiten my teeth and keep them that way??
