I workout at the gym and over the last week have done some heavy lifting/labouring work could this be a cause? It’s lower abdomen area and in my testicles, but the pain has just become noticeable. What should i do?
I have recently noticed that my lower/mid back is aching/hurting when im sitting, joggin, or even bending down brushing my teeth. I had a kidney infection about 2months ago which did give me back pain but that has been cleared for a while now. I do workout and lift quite intensively, but i dont think ive pulled a muscle as sometime my back is completely fine.
Any suggestions?… Thanks :) :)
I already know that I have an abdominal hernia, the problem is that for the past year or so, after a workout or playing sports. I need to know if my hernia has anything to do with the pain, or if the pain is unrelated? It has majorly effected my game and I need to know if having my hernia removed would help.
I have been weight training for a year now and it’s so weird that three days ago I started getting lower back pain and even upper back pain. I don’t get it. I don’t do anything differently. Also, I started feeling a sort of pressure feeling in my head and my vision gets a bit blurry. This sometimes turns into a headache. I was wondering, are these related? Is the back pain causing my headaches? How can I solve this problem without cutting back my workout? Thanks
I get an immense pain in the back of my neck, slightly to the left (from my view) when I workout. It brings on a huge headache. What is this and what can I do about it?
I started doing weights about 2 weeks ago and I believe I did a workout wrong where I was exerting unnecessary force onto my lower back. Now my lower has been killing me. I mistakenly continued doing weights thinking it had nothing to do with it but I would like to know how long should I stop lifting weights – or at least any weights having to do with my back – until I start again? Thanks.
Free workout videos: www.sixpackshortcuts.com?c=1&k=74 In this video, I show a great home cardio workout that I’ve been doing lately. This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It’s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging — and it only takes three minutes! Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It’s extremely simple — you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it. Here’s how to do this home cardio workout Squat thrust — 10 reps Mountain Climber — 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump — 10 reps Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total. Credit for inventing this home cardio workout goes to DAVE GINSBERG, Dan’s jiu-jitsu coach in Boston. If you’re in the Boston area Dave is a top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and highly recommended for martial arts instruction. He’s also a great personal trainer and has many more great workouts like this which are very effective, and can be done with minimal equipment.
